Married to the devil’s son’s book review by Jasmine Joseph.

“You… promised not to do anything”, I said.

“No I didn’t. I promised to treat you well”

This novel has three volumes namely;

  • Married to the devil’s son
  • Return of the devil’s son, and
  • The devil in her dreams

All three volumes are unique and beautiful.

The first volume is about Hazel who was given to a prince who was rumoured to be the devil’s son as a wife by her greedy father who wanted more power.

Leaving her parents’ house to an unknown place with a stranger who happens to be very handsome and dangerous at the same time.

She now has to spend the rest of her life with a man who is hated by his own family and is looked down upon by people in the castle.

The second volume is about Hazel’s suffering after the death of her husband and how he comes back to rescue his bride from his brother with his newfound powers. He has his revenge and takes over the kingdom of Decresh.

The third volume is about Hazel and Lucian’s daughter, Heaven and her longing for a husband who will love her just as her father loves her mother.

She is faced with the responsibility of getting married to give Decresh a king after her father and at the same time wants to be with a man who she loves.

So what I love about this book is the storyline. It doesn’t feel exaggerated like books where the main characters are untouchable and I love the feeling of reality that the book gives and how you can relate to the character’s emotions and mindset.

I will give this book a rating of 5 stars and would recommend it to those who are into romantic fantasy and contemporary romance books.
